The food is pretty good. Horrible customer service!!!! The dining area is soooooooo cold. The manager must not have a clue, the manager should be aware the dining area is uncomfortable to set in. Overall, I like the food but will not return to this location.

It has your typical Mexican foodstuffs with a subway flair. Pick your ingredients right in front of you and play with the 200 flavor coke machine. Good for lunch.

I am a big fan of Qdoba and their chips and queso is like crack to me. I'd eat here a lot more frequently if it was more reasonably priced. When this location opened, I loved it. Friendly employees, the manager was great, the food was well proportioned if not generously so. Plus, it was just nice having a Qdoba closer to my home. Lately I feel like thing have gone downhill. I'm assuming the management must have changed because I have not seen the same guy in over a year at the least. The employees now are hardly friendly...barely looking me in the eye, rushing through things, and not a smile to be seen. I ordered a Craft 2 on my most recent visit, getting a steak burrito bowl and the Mexican gumbo with steak. There were only a few pieces of steak in the gumbo and they put MAYBE a teaspoon of cheese, if that. The burrito bowl was just pathetic. The bowls are tiny as it is, but they didn't even fill half of it. I was done with it in about 4 bites. Look, I know the Craft 2 is supposed to be smaller portions, but I shouldn't be done with one of the portions in just a few bites. They seem to give us less and less chips each time we go also (bag is only filled about a third if we get it to go). Three stars for its food because I do like it. But only 2 for customer service and how stingy they've gotten.

Fast Mexican that's a build-your-own concept. Whole wheat tortillas is a pleasant change, along with brown rice. Fresh toppings. Guacamole is free instead of an up-charge like Chipotle does. Fast enough. Less than $8.

So I went here instead of Taco Bell because I wanted to branch out a little. First off, this place is more expensive than Taco Bell in that I usually blow about $5-6 at TB but here the average meal is about $6-8 before you drop another $2+ on a drink. Now that said, for my nearly $10 meal I had some pulled pork nachos with a grape-mellow yellow. Thats right: Qdoba splurged for one of those frankencoke machines with the weird combos of added HFCS flavoring. If I am dropping $2 on a soda, this is the way it should be. The food is nothing like taco bell. I mean, thry actually appear to cook food here rather than just reheat it. The pulled pork was quite yummy, though not what I expected. I suppose I anticipated somethink more like a pork tamale style meat, but got something more generic, but still awesome. 2 things kept this from being a 4-5 star review: First, I feel like for $7 meals you might get chips and queso included. Nope, that'll run you another $4. Second, while the staff was friendly I think there was a language gap that made my ordering a little awkward. I asked if the lady would recommend black or pinto with the pork and she nervously batted her eyes in confusion. She asked again which I wanted and I said "surprise me, either one" to which she awkwardly slid my nachos down the line without beans. I had to say "no no, go ahead and give me black beans." I respect that she did not understand what I was saying, I know the struggle is hard, it just made an otherwise simple request for the "chef's recommendation" into an awkward moment. A minor communication hiccup like this concerns me mostly for people asking about actually important things like allergy info. I would say Qdoba is a hybrid between fast food and retaurant style, like the Panera Bread of mexican food.

Food is very good, but very overpriced! I spent $10 on a quesadilla and had to order a second one to fill me up

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
